
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday took sue motu notice of anti-judiciary statements by former Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) senator Faisal Raza Abidi.
A three member bench of the apec court headed by Chief Justice Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar hava to take up the case Today (wednesday).
Notice has also been issued to PPP leader Faisal Raza Abidi in this regard.
The former senator had given derogatory statement against the judiciary in a TV channel program.
