PML-N rejects General Elections 2018 results: Shehbaz Sharif

LAHORE: Levelling allegations of rigging, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif has announced that his party did not accept results of the general elections 2018.

Expressed dismay over not extending time for polling, he said he had never seen in his life such a dreadful situation.

“Result for no National Assembly seat has been so far been announced in Lahore despite announcement of results in a number of constituencies across the country,” he said while talking to media in Lahore.

The PML-N president also said reports were received from different parts of the country that results were not being given on Form 45.

“Such clear rigging is never witnessed. I would have accepted people’s mandate no matter what it was, but we reject this result.”
