PM Imran chairs Punjab cabinet meeting at CM House in Lahore

LAHORE: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has arrived in Lahore on a day-long visit on Sunday where he chaired a Punjab cabinet meeting at Chief Minister House.


According to a press release issued by the Central media department of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the premier would be briefed about government’s 100-days plan.


During his visit, the PM will meet Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar. He is also scheduled to meet leaders of local chapter of PTI.


Earlier, PM Imran Khan had decided to take the parliament in confidence over his recent visit to Saudi Arabia.


On September 19, Saudi King Salman had hosted PM Imran Khan on his maiden foreign visit since coming to power. During the visit, Khan also met Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and energy minister Khalid al-Falih.
