Pir Pagara says GDA aims to oust Zardari from Sindh

UMARKOT: Pakistan Muslim League-Functional president and chief of the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) Pir Pagara said that our aim is to oust Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari from Sindh in the up-coming general election.


Addressing a big public meeting in Umarkot in connection with election campaign, the spiritual leader of the Hur Jamaat, Pir Sibghatullah Rashdi, said the people of Sindh are facing severe water crisis. He said that enough water is available to irrigate Asif Zardari lands while people of Sindh were deprived of even a drop of water to drink.


Pir Pagara claimed that people of Sindh would oust Pakistan People s Party of Asif Ali Zardari from Sindh due its corrupt practices during last 10 years. Ha said that the past rulers did not feel any shame in looting people by taking bribes and indulging in corruption.


He vowed that GDA would emerge victorious in the upcoming elections and eventually form the next government in Sindh. He promised to make conditions better and provide all facilities to the people at their doorsteps after forming government in the province.


Addressing the public meeting, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice president Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the people of Sindh are awake now due to struggle of Imran Khan.


He said that even PPP candidates feel embarrassment on printing picture of Asif Ali Zardari on their election posters and banners.


He said that the responsibility of changing of fate of Sindh rests on the shoulders of public and they would relieve Sindh from corrupt politicians through the power of vote.
