Didn’t rebel against party but have political differences with Nawaz, says Ch Nisar

ISLAMABAD: While denying the remarks attributed to him relating to former premier Nawaz Sharif, former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar on Friday clarified that he did not rebel against the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), and only expressed his differences with the ex-PM.

“The comments that Mian sahab won t be able to show his face and that there are 10 flaws in the PTI and a hundred in the PML-N, were attributed to me,” he told a press conference in Islamabad.

“Such words were attributed to me, which I could never have imagined of.”

He said he can never think of inflicting damage to the party or Nawaz Sharif.

The disgruntled leader further said that he would not speak about his differences because of Begum Kulsoom s condition. Nisar said that situation is not normal now as he is contesting general elections from four constituencies.

Chaudhry Nisar also ruled out contact with any political party with regard to seat-adjustment.
