According to a statement issued after a party meeting, the PML-N’s Punjab MPAs-elect unanimously named Hamza Shehbaz Sharif as their candidate for Punjab CM slot and Iqbal Gujjar as Punjab Assembly Speaker.

The first session of newly elected Punjab Assembly will be held on Wednesday wherein the newly elected MPAs will take oath.
