Nothing more sacred than defending motherland, Said COAS Bajwa

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Bajwa said on Sunday that there is nothing more sacred than defending the motherland, according to Inter-Services Public Relations.


Director General ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor posted a tweet, which stated that the army chief visited the troops along the Working Boundary near Sialkot.


The COAS appreciated the morale of the troops and their operational readiness.


“There isn’t anything more sacred than defending the motherland. I take pride in leading an Army which is ever ready to perform this duty,” the COAS stated.
